I purchased this kit and made it which you see from the photos above.  For anyone interested in sewing of this form of kit sewing, I have herewith posted the kit link at Amazon.   

It is intended for hand sewing, but I made it using the sewing machine, by following the instructions enclosed in the purchased package.  The materials included in the package.
