Dressmaking And Designing Course Grades
A few years ago, I decided I would enroll at Penn Foster to move from hobby sewing to actually further my learning of sewing. I have not completed all the courses, but trying to get back to them to finish course. I mostly have the Designing module to complete but have finished most of the Dressmaking modules.
Prior to that I did sewing in my general Secondary School education for about 2 years of basic sewing and sewing at home from various patterns of Simplicity, McCalls, Butterick etc. just following the instructions of the patterns which I used to enjoy by making clothes for work, casual outfits, children clothing etc, However, doing Penn Foster is more theory academics that I was not doing a lot of since Secondary School. Hobby sewing feels better sometimes then that academic sewing mind. However, I love sewing and whenever I get the chance, like to sew in my spare time.
